Her recent publications include The International History of the Twentieth Century and Beyond (2014, 3rd edition, co-authored with Antony Best, Jussi Hanhimäki and Joseph A. Maiolo) and The Jews of Lebanon: Between Coexistence and Conflict (2008, 2nd edition), as well as articles on Israeli–Lebanese relations in the 1950s, Israel’s 1982 invasion of Lebanon and the al-Aqsa Intifada.

If you read one book about the conflict, it should be this one. Extremely well documented with an extensive appendix including most of the important documents of the last 65+ years, Arab-Israeli Conflict gives an evenhanded and dispassionate discussion in depth of Palestine. History is always a matter of framing, where you start and stop the narrative, and Schulze has chosen to make her frame large and well-detailed. Having started my life with the announcement of the state of Israel, much of what was told is "current events" for me, but nevertheless, Schulze binds it together in a believable and credible narrative.
